Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! However, we're unable to ship to a small amount of countries due to several reasons. In case we're unable to ship to your country, we'll notify you through email and issue a full refund with no questions asked.
How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
Inventory that are exclusively stocked in U.S. warehouse can only be shipped to U.S. states, and typically takes around 1-5 business days to arrive.
For inventory stocked at international warehouse, shipping time typically takes around 7-15 days depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent to you once the order is shipped.
If anything were to happen to your parcel, we take full responsibility.

What are the payment methods available?
We're supported by Stripe and PayPal. Most credit cards can go through Stripe, however, some cards are only accepted via PayPal guest checkout.
Will I receive an email order confirmation?
Yes. If you don't receive the email after an hour of placing an order, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Please make sure that the email that you've entered in correct when placing order! :)
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We'll be unable to cancel orders that are shipped.
It is customer's responsibility to ensure checking out the correct items and shipping info.
What if I don't receive my order?
No worries! You can claim for a refund and/or replacement if your order(s) doesn't arrive within 30 days. Depending on the situation, it could be that the package got lost or experienced a delay in delivery. You might still receive the item afterwards!
